Reactions to Tony Snow’s Cancer

Filed under: Conservatives,Democrat,Election '08,Health,Liberals,Politics,Republican — avoiceofreason @ 3:10 am

I usually avoid the hard line blogs, whether from the left or the right.  However, while perusing some of the blogs, these were the comments from some of the left of center and hard left blogs.

While I don’t remember many if any saying disparaging things towards Ms. Edwards announcement that she has cancer, the left has had a field day.

This was a post from Ace, who is not a favorite of mine, by any stretch of the imagination, over at Polipundit.  Following are some tidbits from the left.

Kevin Drum:

There’s been very few days over the last six plus years that I haven’t wished a long over due demise to the entire Bush administration and most of the Republican members of congress. These people are all, at a minimum, accessories to crimes against humanity. F*** all this sanctimony. The sooner were rid of these people, whatever the circumstances, the better for the nation and the world.

More,

Tony Snow is not a good guy. He has measurably contributed to the untold misery inflicted on this country and the world by the Bush administration

Wonkette?

Under the heading of ‘What goes around comes around’, the cancer in Tony Snow is removing the cancer of Tony Snow from the national scene.

OMG, could there be a god?

The same nonsense was being posted most of the day at Kos and Huffington.  Remember this next time someone from the Left talks about how they want to keep things on the positive side.  This is the DNC base, and they own it.   I know that these posts were up for HOURS before anything was done.
